Simplified Performa for incorporation of Company Electronically (SPICe)

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) introduced new Form INC-32 for incorporation of a company through a Single application form (SPICe). 

MCA earlier also introduced Form INC-29 starting from 1^st May, 2015 for the incorporation of a company through single application form. The main difference between INC-29 and INC-32 is that now in INC-32 you can apply for the incorporation of the company of an earlier applied name in Form INC-1. Form INC-29 has been replaced by Form INC-32.

Also with Form INC-32, a new concept of E-MOA (FORM INC-33) and E-AOA (FORM INC-34) has been introduced.

Now Incorporation of a company can be done quickly through Single Form INC-32. Further through INC-32, DINs get allotted to the proposed directors, who does not hold a valid DIN (Maximum 3 DINs can get allotted).

Significant Features:

• DSC of Subscribers and Witness are mandatory instead of Physical Signature.
• E-MOA and E-AOA in linked form namely INC-33 and INC-34 respectively.
• Form INC – 32 can be filed even if you have applied for the name of the company through Form INC – 1 already.

Further, for incorporation of producer companies, unregistered companies and companies being formed with more than 7 subscribers, new version of INC-7 shall be used.
